Earth, Wine and Fire is a seductively ecological event; luring unsuspecting party goers through music, food, wine and green conversation, our goal is to have fun while learning about opportunities to be greener in the community.

When: 6:30-11PM. Friday April 22, 2011, Earth Day.
Where: The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
2430 N. Cannon Dr.
Chicago, IL
Price: $25 in advance; $35 day of. Includes: Entry, dinner, beverages (w alcohol and non-alcoholic options), music, entertainment and full access to all Nature Museum exhibits! (Children under 12 free.)

What to Expect: Families of all ages are welcome. There will be Earth Day games and activities, as well as the entire Nature Museum exhibits open for enjoyment. If they so choose, party guests will be able to learn about local organizations working to benefit the environment, see beautiful creatures (such as the live butterflies in the beautiful butterfly haven) and enjoy engaging artistic expression (help paint a rain barrel!). Live music will be followed many different kinds of performances and several rockin Chicago DJs later in the evening.

Dress code: casual party attire.


The venue has been graciously donated by the beautiful Peggy Notebaert Museum in Lincoln Park at 2430 N. Cannon Dr. Get directions. Clark & Division red line stop and buses 36, 151, 76, others.

Free parking is available in the lot across the street from the museum. Additional parking is all on the street; you may have to drive a few blocks if the main lot is full. You do NOT need to print your tickets, nor will you receive a printed ticket; we'll have your name at the door.


Faith in Place, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people who attend religious congregations get access to the tools to become better stewards of the earth.
The Peggy Notebaert Museum, which intends to create a positive relationship between people and nature through collaborations, education, research and collections, exhibits and public forums that fosters urban connections to our regionís nature and science.


Wine donated by Wide River Winery. A silent auction and raffle will be held to raise additional funds for the charities.
The fire part of the evening will be provided with beautiful hand-made candles from Tissai Candles.

Refund Policy:
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the event has ended. We only make exceptions with this rule when the event specifics appear to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the date of the event.
